NEW! Multi-session educational training for young adults with living experience of the child welfare system (aka foster/group home care) and/or permanency journeys.
While everyone has a different experience of the system, many of us carry commonalities in how trauma impacts us later in life: difficulty feeling secure in relationships with others, navigating emotional regulation and caring for ourselves.
This training aims to help Living Experts understand how we carry past experiences and explore alternative coping strategies and ways of being.
