What needs to be fixed in Ontario's child welfare system on CBC’s Ontario Today

On May 12, CBC's Ontario Today did a segment on CAS and the need for change. Irwin Elman, former Ontario Advocate for Children and Youth, sat in as a guest with show host Amanda Pfeffer to take calls and hear from social workers, caregivers, and those with living experience. Never Too Late (NTL)'s Communication Lead and Living Expert, Wendy Hayes, called into the show to share thoughts on how the needs of young people are left behind to meet the needs of the system and the importance of supportive, unconditional relationships. You can hear Wendy’s call about 18 minutes into the segment.
